  • When placing an order with us, your order will not be confirmed until you have paid via our secure payment link. We reserve the right to cancel any order still awaiting payment two working days prior to the delivery/collection date.

The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

If someone else will be collecting cakes from us on your behalf they must be briefed on what exactly has been ordered as all of our cakes are approved on collection/delivery. Once cakes have left our bakery we can not be held liable for any damage that occurs in transit or any discrepancies from the order. Any issues should be handled directly with us at the time of collection/delivery.

If you or your representative elects to set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession.

  • We pride ourselves in offering a huge and bespoke range of cakes and treats suitable for those with dietary requirements… However…

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. When you place an order with us you agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

  • We have not just thrown this together, we genuinely care about the environment here at Cupcake & Co. We recognise that our working practices have the potential to adversely affect the environment. We are committed to recycling all paper, bottles and cans AND when it is practical composting all food waste. We are also committed to using low energy lighting and low energy rated appliances whenever available.

    Packaging our Goodies
Since we started, we have been using as much recycled material in our packaging as possible, and will continue to do so. Our Kraft bags and boxes are produced from up to 90% recycled board, the rest is made from managed forests.

    Kraft Bags
These are derived from softwood timber pulp from Scandinavian and Northern European managed forest plantations. Far more trees are planted than harvested.

    White Bags
Our white Bags are made from pulp produced with chlorine-free bleaching based on oxygen and hydrogen peroxide. This avoids discharging harmful chloro-organic pollutants into the environment.

    Plastic
All our soft drinks are in glass bottles, Tetra paks or aluminium cans eradicating the use of plastic containers.

    Sourcing our Products
We try wherever possible to buy products from sustainable sources. We use local and seasonal produce, buying high welfare meat, egg and dairy products from Norfolk businesses. This reduces haulage costs and the environmental impact of transport.

    How you can help?
Bring your own reusables. We are always happy to serve your hot drinks in your own cup or package your sweet treats in your own reusable container.
